Ray has a wealth of experience in financial services, having been directly involved in the provision of financial advice since 1978.
Ray is responsible for business development at Courtney Havers. He is also a director of PIMFA, the Personal Investment Management and Financial Advice Association.
Personally
Ray and his partner, Lesley, have four children together and an ever-growing number of grandchildren. His interests include travel, particularly to Italy; 20th-century history; theatre, and music.
He also follows the fortunes of his local football club, Ebbsfleet United.
